Oaks of Refreshment
For the past 2 days, I have skipped some of my classes after the discovery of a surprisingly underrated activity, or lack there of.
As soon as I eat my lunch, I find myself anxious to retreat to the shade of one of the grandest Oaks on my college campus. My laptop leads the melody of song, while the neighboring birds and passing by car engines harmonize along as I drift away to utter relaxation, some would even say nirvana.
Two hours following, I’m woken up by the most popular feeling of refreshment.
